The WinScore Desktop Application version V2h18H5 and earlier does not perform automatic data backups! It is strongly encouraged that you make physical copies of your tournament(s) local database files – each tournament has its own unique file!

What files should copies be made of?
Each tournament is stored in a Microsoft Access database file. These files are named as the following: <tournament name>.mdb
Where Should Copied Files be put?
(1) Any cloud drive, external hard drive, USB thumb drive, etc… the goal is to place the copies of the tournament files at a location that is NOT on the same PC that you are using for running the WinScore application.

(2) Take advantage of the WinScore cloud server! Log into your CLUB Account on the WinScoreonline.com website and upload your tournament file to the File Transfer area!
