At times you will find that you have setup a tournament in the WinScore desktop application, but the tournament will not appear on the WinScoreOnline website… below are a few things that you can look at to resolve this issue.
1.) Open the WinScore desktop application.
2. ) Open up the tournament database in question.
3.) Click on the SETUP button
4.) Click on the WinscoreOnline button
4a.) verify that you have entered:
* WinScoreOnline Club ID
* WinScoreOnline Tournament ID
* WinScoreOnline password
4b.) Click the Save and Exit button
5.) On the bottom of the SETUP page, you should see an “Upload” button
that will push all of the shoot information up to the WinScoreOnline
website.
6.) Go to the WinScoreOnline website
7.) Edit the tournament
8.) Select the Activate option and save the data.
You should be good to go now.
